About Sebastian
Sebastian’s specialty is Multifamily investment sales, where he has an extensive background as a General Partner on multiple multifamily acquisitions and dispositions. He works on the front end of identifying investment opportunities for our clients while also advising during the underwriting process. Sebastian also represents landlords, tenants, sellers, and buyers in other assets classes. In addition to his sales, he pushes the strategic growth of the Carolinas region of the team.
