Our recently renovated townhouse features new LVP flooring in the kitchen and living room. The kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, perfect for cooking up your favorite meals. The cozy living room features a 55″ Smart TV and a comfortable couch with a queen-sized pull-out bed, providing extra sleeping space for additional guests.

On the second floor, you’ll find an in-unit washer and dryer conveniently located across from the private bedroom. The private bedroom includes a comfortable queen-sized bed with luxurious linens, an en-suite full bathroom, a dresser, spacious closet, and a Smart TV for your entertainment. We also provide a brand new work desk and chair located in the room, making it easy for you to work from the comfort of your own space during your stay.

Step outside to our fenced patio with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or unwinding after a long day.

Our townhouse is shared with a quiet, female, young professional who works as an engineer at a pharmaceutical company.

The local elementary school down the street provides a safe environment for those in the area. If you enjoy running or walking, you’ll love exploring the surrounding neighborhoods. We are happy to provide recommendations for great running trails and paths around Greenville as well.

Our townhouse is located less than 3 miles away from ECU Health Medical Center, making it a convenient location for traveling medical professionals.
